Before

We have been so busy I have not had time to do an update. All of my pictures are backwards so start from the bottom and go up. First Kayden turned 1 on September 5. He has brought so much joy to us. He is such a character. He loves to play with his older brother Riley. Riley always wants to be the same as Kayden. We love this little guy so much. He just started walking 2 weeks ago. We had his birthday at our house and it was so much fun. Thank you to everyone for coming. Also thank you to my mom and dad for all the work they put into it.

The next set of picture is when Melinda and Brooklyn got to come for 2 weeks. We had so much fun with them. Brooklyn is such a character. The boys loved playing with her and I loved having Melinda home. We went to the Zoo one of the days and it was so much fun.

Then Kayden got his first hair cut. It was so sad to see it go but it had to be done. We cut four inches off the top. I cried when it was first done and Riley kept telling me it was just hair. I love that kid. Now I love it.

We also got to go to Cornbellys corn maze with my mom. It was sooo much fun. We were there for 6 hours and had so much fun. The boys loved the big pillow that they could jump on. Thanks for so much fun grandma!

Wow that was a lot to update, I will try and do better now that we are all caught up.

First Day Of Preschool!!

Riley had his first day of preschool today. I was a little worried to take him because he is so shy when it comes to new people, and I don't think I was ready to let him go. We went over to McKays parents house for dinner on Sunday and there neighbor does preschool. I just asked Darla if she had any openings left. And lucky for us this was her first year with any openings. So we took Riley over so see how he would react. He was being a little shy but you could tell that he wanted to go. So we signed him up. Today when we woke him up to go to school he was so excited. We drove there and he started to get a little scared and said he didn't want to go anymore. We got there and I walked him inside said bye and he started to cry just a little and his teacher said he would be fine so I walked up the stairs. I waited there to make sure he was going to be okay, as soon as he couldn't see me he started to play and Mrs Laura said he played so good and loved it. Two hours later we went to pick him up and they were all outside playing on all the cool toys. He saw me and said, "Hi mom" and kept on playing. I never thought the day would come that he would be that independent. I was so glad that he loved it and had a good time, but at the same time I wish he would have missed me just a little. I love him sooo much, it is hard to see him growing up so fast. We are starting a whole new chapter in our life. It will be full of all new firsts. He loves to learn new things and is very smart. He loves his brother Kayden like you wouldn't believe. He is the light of our family. If you need a good laugh you just talk to Riley he always has something funny to say. We love you Riley!!

We miss our friends

We have been moved from Lehi for almost 5 months and we miss our friends so much. We lived on the 3 floor and they lived on the next level down from us. We got to be such good friends we would see each other at least 6 days a week if not 7. We had so many late night talks and laughs because we would be so tired. We still see them but it's just not the same. Riley always says Isaiah is his bestest friend and gets so excited to see him. I just want them to know that we love you guys and miss you!!! Lets do dinner soon!

Happy Anniversary

Well last Monday McKay and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary. Being married to him means beginning and ending each day with someone I love. It means knowing there's someone who understands and who's always there for me. I'm really grateful for the life we have together. Thank you so mmuch for the past four years. I am so lucky to have such a great husband and father for our two boys. I love you so much thank you for all you do for our family. I can't wait to see what the future will bring us. Happy Anniversary I love you!!!

We are moved in!!!

Well four months later we are in our new house. We are in but nothing is put away. I will post pictures of it as soon as I find my camera. Riley and Kayden have played with the two little boys that live next door and they seem very nice. We are all doing well just trying to get the house put away. We have the Mogensen family reunion this weekend mom and dad are going to take the boys up tonight and McKay and I are going up tomorrow after work. Thank you everyone for helping us move!!!
